Nature's Way, MegaZyme®, 100 Tablets

To support digestion, adults take 2 tablets up to three times a day, before each meal. To relieve occasional muscle soreness and discom- fort due to overexertion and exercise, take 2 tablets three times a day between meals. Not formulated for children.
