每日一平湯匙,吃了大約兩年了,對賀爾蒙暗瘡很有功效,以前無論如何注意飲食都會每星期長大大小小的暗瘡,努力多年仍揮之不去,吃了花粉大約三個月後開始慢慢平伏(始終是天然食品,不會很快),現在幾個月才會長一兩粒,實在太高興了,只恨自己沒早點知道花粉的奇效。
