My mother used to make some kind of hot chocolate using carob powder that I was missing a lot these days. I decided to buy it and give it a try and I was amazingly happy because it tasted almost as my mother one!!
Is not sweet, which I do actually like. Can be mixed with water, any kind of milk(i use almond), and supplemented with any syrup of your taste if you want it sweeter.
A great drink for my breakfast or middle afternoon snack!
