First time tried Himalayan pink salt, and not at all disappointed - do not grind too fine, to cover several holes through which you can rub salt. A tidy salt really easy to pour, but there is a hole approximately 1 cm * 0.5 cm, all perfectly neat pours through it. Jar table may not decorate, but does not look cheap stuff. As for taste, pink salt is much "softer" routine, but it does not mean that it must be more than the white. You just need to adapt himself regarding dosage. In general, I use it everywhere. To me it rides on 1 kg of the milled salt.
