Soy has shown itself perfectly and soups, mashed potatoes, and fish soup, squash in the calf, in the vegetable stew - as soon as we do not use it)))) Quickly prepared, acquires aroma and taste of the upcoming courses, it gives additional taste qualities! It is extremely important to have the maximum amount of protein in our diet, especially in the diet of men and children. I bet that many of us on a daily basis do not get the amount of protein according to the norms BZHU, so always try to use it for additional sources: add nuts to salads, soya - as an aggregate in soups and stews, do not forget about beans and legumes. Fussy husband eats the soy and not even always notice that it is present in his plate :-))) I recommend !!!
