Yerba Prima, 纖維素番瀉葉膠囊，180 粒

成年人和 12 歲以上兒童： 5 粒膠囊，一天 1 至 3 次。與食物一起服用。 6-12 歲兒童： 不可服用膠囊。建議使用粉狀的纖維素番瀉葉，易於服用。開始時每天服用 1 份。如果需要，逐漸增加到每天3份。一次吞服一粒膠囊。每份至少用 8 盎司（一滿杯）的水或其他液體送服。飲用更多的液體是有幫助的。如果出現便溏、輕微脹氣或腫脹，請減少服用劑量，直到系統調整完畢。短期使用修復正常規律。
