What is Bacopa Extract?
Bacopa Extract is an herbal supplement featuring a high-quality extract of the traditional Ayurvedic herb Bacopa monnieri. Bacognize® is a concentrated form of Bacopa standardized to provide consistent and potent levels of the herb’s active constituents—known as bacosides—in every dose.
Bacopa monnieri is a creeping, flowering plant native to India and found growing in wet, marshy areas throughout most of southern Asia. In traditional Ayurvedic practices, the herb—also known Brahmi, water hyssop and Indian pennywort—is used to support many areas of health, including brain function and memory.
