As a dietary supplement for adults 18 years and over, take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Pregnant or lactating women, diabetics, hypoglycemics and people with known medical conditions and/or taking drugs should consult with a licensed physician and/or pharmacist prior to taking dietary supplements. Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects. possible side effects include acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), aggressiveness, irritability and increased levels of estrogen. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed healthcare professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision or other similar symptoms. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Not recommended for women under age 35. Keep out of reach of children.

Sealed with an outer shrink wrap film and an inner seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing. Keep dry and at room temperature (59º-86ºF [15º-30℃]).
