Chromium supplies 200 mcg of chromium as chromium polynicotinate featuring ChromeMate® that is a patented, niacin-bound chromium complex. Chromium is an essential trace mineral required for normal protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Most people do not get adequate chromium from diet alone.
