What is Apple Pectin?
Apple pectin, obtained from the skin and pulp of fresh apples, is a water-soluble fiber that transforms into a gel-like substance when mixed with water. When consumed, it acts as a bulking agent, encouraging fullness and slowing the rate of digestion as material moves through the digestive tract.
What are the key benefits of Vitacost® Apple Pectin?
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Sucrose, rice flour, gelatin and vegetable magnesium stearate.
Free of: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, crustacean shellfish, fish, soy, gluten, titanium dioxide.
