Highly Bioavailable Form
Methylfolate (5-MTHF) is a bioactive form of vitamin B9 that is readily utilized by the body without additional conversion. Other forms of vitamin B9 (e.g ., folic acid) are converted to 5-MTHF, the form used by the body's cells.
A Key Cofactor: Methylcobalamin B12 (Methyl Form)
Each serving provides 750 mcg of methyl B12 (methylcobalamin) to complement L-methylfolate, supporting interconnected methylation processes and healthy homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and methylfolate work together to support healthy homocysteine metabolism and one-carbon methylation pathways.
For adults, take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal.
