New Nordic, Quality Sleep™, Pure Rest, 60 Tablets

Adults: Take 2 tablets per day with food before bedtime. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort, start with 1 tablet daily for 1-2 weeks before taking 2 tablets daily.

Do not use if you: 

• are pregnant or breastfeeding 
• are taking antidepressants or have scleroderma. 

Consult your doctor prior to use if you:

• are taking carbidopa or products with serotonergic activity such as mood balance supplements, cough medication containing dextromethorphan, pain killers or medications for nausea or migraine
• have a psychological disorder such as anxiety or depression. 

Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. 

When using this product:

• exercise caution while driving or using machinery, as you may experience drowsiness
• you may experience gastrointestinal discomfort.

It is not recommended to exceed this dosage.

 Do not use if blister package (inner foil) has been opened or tampered with. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
