Magic Magnesium™ Taurate is made of elemental magnesium and taurine. Magnesium taurate is easily absorbed by the body, which makes it not only a great option for replenishing your magnesium levels but also to support normal cardiovascular health and normal heart health. Taurine itself was also studied for its effect on supporting blood vessel function. Added thiamine helps produce cellular energy, and the pine bark supports normal microcirculation, further enhancing the product's effectiveness.
Adults only: Take 1 tablet in the morning with food and 1 tablet in the evening with food.
