Our microdose of melatonin is derived from the plant St. Johns Wort. Melatonin is known for regulating sleep/wake cycles and improving sleep so you can wake up feeling refreshed.
No Added Sugar
Instead of sugar, we use allulose. A low glycemic sweetener that may act as as prebiotic fiber in the body.
